JCI entry
Last Thursday (5th of February) I attended the first GA of JCI Bucharest, for this year.
It was interesting…then I had the chance to make a presentation of the “Junior Managers” (Tineri Manageri) Project, which will take place this May and which I will coordinate as its Project Manager; this way I’ve submitted my intention to become a JCI member as well, and I am happy to tell you that it’s happening…
I’m in the process of getting in..:)
I must admit that before October 2008 I never even heard about JCI; my first contact with them came through Tudor, a friend of mine who I’ve helped organize the first edition of “Young Antrepreneurs” (Tineri Antreprenori). That was a great projects and I trully enjoyed working on it through which I met some impressive peopleĀ and made good friends
. The rest is as you say: NETWORKING..
Meanwhile, getting back to JCI, you may wonder about it or simply Google it…:D…yeah..sure, that is more practical..I would still tell you, shortly that JCI International is one of the most world-spread NGOs (present in more then 110 countries), with fine and valuable people of which you feel a certain pride belonging to.
I promise that as things go on, I will keep you posted on JCI and my status as a fresh Member…
